Baroque, drop, and woven: three pearl styles that are not mall rounds

Round matched pearls are a factory look. The three shapes we keep on TEMPT are different on purpose.

Baroque means the pearl came out slightly irregular. The classic baroque strand and the wire-wrapped lariat use that. No two sit the same on the neck.

Drop is one pearl (or a small pendant) hanging from a short collar. See the silver lace drop, the blue stone halo drop, and the tulip chain.

Woven is pearls worked into a collar, not strung in a single line. The scalloped choker is that. It sits close. It is not a strand you can lengthen.
