Refund policy

Damaged or wrong item

If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email sylvia11ys@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you. In that case we cover the return.

Change of mind

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused, unworn piece in its original condition. Email us first and wait for approval before you ship it back. Return shipping is paid by you.

Natural freshwater pearls are irregular. Small differences in shape, size, or color are not defects.

Refunds

Once we receive the piece and confirm it is unworn, we refund the original payment method. Shipping charged at checkout is already included in the item price, so change-of-mind refunds are for the item total you paid, minus return postage you arranged.

European Union

If your order is delivered in the European Union, you may have a 14-day cooling-off right under applicable law. The piece should be unworn and in its original condition. Contact us first.
