Where we ship

TEMPT ships freshwater pearl jewelry to the United States. Shipping is included in the listed price. You will not see a separate shipping charge at checkout.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive in 8–15 days. Estimates are not guaranteed. Carriers and customs can add delay.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we send it to the email used at checkout.

Address

Check your shipping address before you pay. We cannot always change an address after an order is already in process.

Lost or damaged packages

If a package looks lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong piece, email sylvia11ys@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will make it right.
