Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed in China within 2–3 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping to the United States

Standard shipping to the United States is free. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after dispatch.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak shopping periods, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When tracking is available, a tracking link will be sent to the email address used for the order. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after dispatch.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address before completing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing, and we are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

Customs and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, contact us at sylvia11ys@gmail.com with your order number and relevant photos so we can review the issue.
